Customers have separate agreements with Goods governing our provision of services and Customers’ use of the Platform. Those Agreements may contain additional obligations with respect to our handling of information, and nothing in this Platform Privacy Policy derogates from such additional obligations.

The Information We Collect and How We Collect and Use Information

Personally Identifiable Information (PII) means any information that may be used to identify an individual. We collect and store personal information such as, full name, physical address, email address, Phone number, payment method information and order data. When needed for the purpose of providing Goods services. excluding any publicly available information lawfully made available from government records, deidentified or aggregated consumer information, or information excluded from the California Consumer Privacy Act (the “CCPA“).

By using our platform, you acknowledge that you have reviewed both our Terms and Conditions and this Platform Privacy Policy and agree to be bound by them. Goods retains (i) Customer End User Data for as long as Customers required to use the platform or as required to permmited by law; and platform usage data for no more time then is necessary to server the legitimation business need for it was collected.

Goods safeguards the security of the data you send Us with physical, electronic, and managerial procedures, taking into consideration the state of the art, the costs of implementation and the nature, scope, context and purposes of processing as well as the risk of processing your personal information. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure the security of the information you transmit to Us, and so we urge you to take every precaution to protect your personal data when you are on the Internet.

If you are a resident of the EU/EEA, you may at any time request the rectification or erasure of your personal information.
