Platform Privacy Policy

This Platform Privacy Policy describes Goods (“Goods”, “Us” or “We”) privacy practices related to information Goods receives or collects from its customers (“Customers”), and end users of Customers’ products and services (“Customers End Users”) when Customers use Goods platform (“Platform”). Customers have separate agreements with Goods governing our provision of services and Customers’ use of the Platform. Those Agreements may contain additional obligations with respect to our handling of information, and nothing in this Platform Privacy Policy derogates from such additional obligations.

This Platform Privacy Policy does not apply, however, to Goods privacy practices regarding information collected through Goods website https://www.mygoods.io.

The Information We Collect and How We Collect and Use Information

Personally Identifiable Information (PII) means any information that may be used to identify an individual. We collect and store personal information such as, full name, physical address, email address, Phone number, payment method information and order data. When needed for the purpose of providing Goods servicesexcluding any publicly available information lawfully made available from government records, deidentified or aggregated consumer information, or information excluded from the California Consumer Privacy Act (the “CCPA“).

By using our platform, you acknowledge that you have reviewed both our Terms and Conditions and this Platform Privacy Policy and agree to be bound by them. Please be aware that this Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of any third parties to whom Goods may disclose Personal Information (as defined below) pursuant to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy may be occasionally updated. If We make any substantial changes in the manner We use your Personal Information, then We will provide a proper notice.

Goods does not share, sell, or disclose Platform Usage Data or Customer End User Data with or to any third party. except to meet Goods legitimate business purposes. Personal data collected from you is only used to provide you with our products and services and to comply with any requirements of law.

Goods shares Platform Usage Data and Customer End Data with the following:

  1. Our data hosting provider (i.e., we store our information on Amazon Web Services, whose servers may be located worldwide. European users acknowledge and agree that PII may be transferred outside of the European Union to countries whose laws may not offer the same protection as those of the European Union.   2. To legal authorities or entities when legally required.
  3. To respond to or prevent fraud;
  4. Only if this is absolutely necessary for the execution of our services for you. If you are using our platform that is integrated with another third party from one of our integration partners, our platform is designed to automatically share with these other partners certain information, such as configuration data and data about a designated transaction. If you choose to Integrate with one of our integration partners, you may require to provide your permission in order to enable the exchange of data between these platforms.

For the above purposes, personal information may be transferred to recipients in countries around the world (which may be located outside the EU/EEA, European Economic Area) which in some cases may have a lower level of protection than that within the EU/EEA. Data Retention

Goods retains (i) Customer End User Data for as long as Customers required to use the platform or as required to permmited by law; and platform usage data for no more time then is necessary to server the legitimation business need for it was collected.

Data Security

Goods safeguards the security of the data you send Us with physical, electronic, and managerial procedures, taking into consideration the state of the art, the costs of implementation and the nature, scope, context and purposes of processing as well as the risk of processing your personal information. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure the security of the information you transmit to Us, and so we urge you to take every precaution to protect your personal data when you are on the Internet.

Data Subject Rights

If you are a resident of the EU/EEA, you may at any time request the rectification or erasure of your personal information. Please note however that deletion could mean that Goods cannot provide you any requested services. You have the right to request a copy of your personal information from our record. You have the right to request a limitation of the use of your personal information (for example if you deem the information to be incorrect) or the termination of use of your personal information (for example as regards the use of the information to improve our services).

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Personal Information may be kept by Us for a period exceeding that if it is required to do so to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, subpoena or governmental request.

Aggregate and/or anonymous information derived from your use of the Goods’s platform, may remain on Our servers indefinitely.

Rights of California Residents

Right to Access Personal Information Collected, Disclosed or Sold:

You have the right to ask Us to disclose to you certain information regarding our collection and use of your personal information over the past 12 months. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request (as described below), we will disclose to you:

  1. The categories of personal information we sold about you;
  2. The categories of personal information we disclosed about you;
  3. The categories of sources for the personal information we collected about you;
  4. Our business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling that personal information;
  5. The categories of third parties with whom we shared that personal information;

Goods will amend this policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will make that information available by posting a notice on this site.
